Our client is a renowned practice known for providing expert, reliable advice on finance and enforcement for lenders across the property and construction landscape. This newly created role is a testament to their growth and commitment to innovation in the field. You'll have the autonomy to steer cases from inception to completion, nurturing invaluable client relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation cases within the Banking & Finance/Mortgage Recoveries and Insolvency Litigation sectors.
Work within NSW court jurisdictions, requiring a valid Australian Practicing Certificate.
Deliver client-centric services, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Exercise sound judgment and resolve problems expeditiously.
Handle a variety of stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence.

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 3 years (PAE) in insolvency, debt recovery and/or mortgage recovery litigation.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
Strong technical skills, particularly in legal drafting and research.
Commercially savvy with a focus on client service.
