Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Kevin Shah & Associates in Mumbai. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for legal research, drafting documents, attending court proceedings, providing legal advice, and assisting in client consultations.

Qualifications
• Legal research, document drafting, and court proceedings skills
• Ability to provide sound legal advice and assist in client consultations
• Knowledge of Indirect Taxation and International Trade & Customs laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
