Job Description
You will be writing code in Angular/ Typescript/ Javascript targeting the latest versions of our technology stack and encouraged to think creatively in order to fully utilize these tools.
You will participate in regular Design Sessions, Code Reviews and Agile ceremonies.
You will work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Team to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales
You will provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate
You will Identify areas for modification or refactoring inside our code base.
You will lead by providing examples, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution
You will also coordinate with Clients directly on various aspects of the project lifecycle.
You will be leading a team of 2 to 10+ Angular Engineers.
You will be responsible for maintaining best coding practices in your team.
You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.
You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of Lead Technical Consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.
Requirements
5-7+ years of development experience including team leadership experience
Proven track record of delivery high quality, high stake projects in Agile environment
Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient development teams
Modern web framework Angular
Typescript, CSS or LESS, Javascripts, HTML/CSS.
Modern source control systems (like Git, Bitbucket )
Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Experience with popular Angular workflows (NgRx, RxJs etc).
Ability to provide SEO solutioning for Single Page Applications.
Communicating with External Web Services.
Understanding of Server Side Rendering Application.
Understanding of Service Workers in Angular Application.
Ability to translate Web and Mobile applications to multiple languages.
Good to have:
Agile, Scrum, TDD
Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)
Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks (Jest)
SonarQube and writing clean code best practices
Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.
