THE ROLE
The primary objective of Temenos Upgrade Services (TUS) is to help the clients upgrade their current SaaS and On prem TRANSACT installations The team also performs various other services such as TAFC-to-TAFJ Migrations, RDBMS and OS Migrations, GUI replacements and On-Prem-to-SaaS Migrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform Technical Upgrade, Database setup, Configure Engagement server, and OS Migration based on the project's scope.
Retrofit and alteration of local code for upgrade compatibility.
Size the test efforts, execution of client test scripts, and documentation of test case results.
Analyze, log, and resolve any issues that arise during the upgrade project.
Provide onsite support throughout the SIT, UAT, and Go-live phases.
Create and maintain the technical artifacts, project collaterals, and delivery components.
Develop proof of concept for new solutions & technologies and recommend changes to improve performance and optimize utilities.
Design and implement client-side application solutions using device native APIs & applications.
Frameworks, Design, and implement high-performance server-side application solutions for the target domain.
Develop integration solutions between the product server-side components and customer systems.
