Associate - Legal (Fresher)
• Job Summary:
We are looking for a fresh law graduate to support our in-house corporate legal team in managing the company’s legal affairs. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts and other documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing legal guidance to various internal departments. You will also conduct legal research and assist in administrative functions and processes. This entry-level position is ideal for recent law graduates looking to gain practical experience in a corporate legal environment.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support corporate legal matters, including compliance and governance.
- Document Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, replies and internal policies.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and assist with legal inquiries.
- External Counsel Coordination: Liaise with external counsels in respect of ongoing cases and provide necessary litigation support.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as assistance in preparation of internal presentations, scheduling meetings, and maintaining legal records.
• Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in law (BA.LLB) or equivalent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of Contracts, Corporate Law and legal principles.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal writing and document preparation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
