Job Summary Attending court for cases filed by bank and filed against bank. Sending notices and filing complaint / cases Updating timely MIS of Legal Activity detail of litigation cases. Regulatory Compliance of Legal Cases across Buckets. Regular Monitoring of Cases before judicial Bodies. Vendor Management. Drafting of Suitable Reply to the Notices from the Borrowers. Initiation of Legal Cases for Loss on Sale Cases. Conciliation with customer for recovery of overdue payment. Detailed Responsibilities Attending different court and ensuring cases filed by bank and cases filed against bank is Desired skills and competencies Good knowledge of retail banking domain communication skills with good command in English and Local Language Good in Microsoft office suit. Good coordinator, customer oriented, team player and optimistic.
