Roles and Responsibilities
> - Drafting, review and vetting of all kinds of commercial Agreements; NDAs, MOUs, lease deeds, vendor agreement, deed of hypothecation, loan agreements, guarantees etc.
> - Customize documents, Loan Kit as per the requirement of the transaction
> - Research and furnishlegalopinion on variouslegalissues
> - Advise on structuring of loan, evaluate thelegalimplication and provide opinions
> - Vetting of Title Search Reports
> - Documentation support to SME and LAP Teams
> - Provide update on developments / changes in laws and RBI guidelines to the concerned stakeholders
