Roles and Responsibilities
• Drafting, review and vetting of all kinds of commercial Agreements; NDAs, MOUs, lease deeds, vendor agreement, deed of hypothecation, loan agreements, guarantees etc.
• Customize documents, Loan Kit as per the requirement of the transaction
• Research and furnishlegalopinion on variouslegalissues
• Advise on structuring of loan, evaluate thelegalimplication and provide opinions
• Vetting of Title Search Reports
• Documentation support to SME and LAP Teams
• Provide update on developments / changes in laws and RBI guidelines to the concerned stakeholders
