As a member of the enterprise liquidity stress testing team within Group Treasury, you will contribute to the development of internal assumptions, methodologies and stress scenarios that support effective liquidity management during periods of financial stress which drives liquidity management decisions. You’ll also ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Enhance analytical capabilities to develop the internal liquidity management view
Assist in conducting periodic market research and analysis to recalibrating stress testing assumptions and scenarios
Ensure data architecture integrity while coordinating added efficiency and data enhancements into LST processes
Ensure proper documentation of processes and status updates for second and third lines of defense
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) testing for LST Enhancement results
Leverage quantitative data analytics and qualitative insights to help develop the bank’s internal liquidity view along with robust forward-looking stress scenarios
Coordinate with business partners to deepen understanding of liquidity drivers and client behavior during stress events
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and process efficiency
Understand and incorporate the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture into daily activities and decision-making
Assist in aligning Treasury and Bank strategic objectives by contributing to changes in liquidity transfer pricing framework enhancements
Develop timely, accurate reports and analysis, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail
Champion a high-performance and inclusive work environment, maintaining a customer-focused mindset and leveraging enterprise-wide relationships, systems, and knowledge
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Undergraduate degree in Business, STEM or pursuing education in related field
Previous experience in data analysis and liquidity reporting preferred
Experience in liquidity risk, including understanding of key metrics such as LCR/NSFR/NCCF, preferred but not required
Experience with data driven decision making
Attention to details and deadlines; able to manage multiple initiatives
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Experience with Tableau/PowerBI/MySQL/Python preferred but not required.
