This role is predominantly an insurance litigation role but will also involve some commercial drafting. Experience with compliance advice is desired!
Day to Day:
This is an opportunity for an Associate Lawyer to be a pivotal member of our boutique legal firm, working as part of our team of experienced lawyers and exceptional legal administration support. You will report to and work collaboratively with our Managing Principal to ensure excellent service provision and outcomes for our clients.
In this role you will be expected to have the highest quality of delivery in your work and effectively and efficiently liaise with our clients, ensuring a top-class level of legal service is provided. Experience within insurance litigation is essential for this role.

About you:
Be eligible for a practising certificate and have associate level experience;
Have highly developed organisational and communication skills;
Have strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative;
Be committed to delivering quality services;
Be experienced and confident dealing with a range of interested parties;
Be familiar with court process and procedure in NSW (knowledge of interstate court process and procedure highly desirable);
