Department Overview
Small Business Credit Services is engaged in product and account related activities, e.g. product and account set-up, opening accounts and products in appropriate systems, perform modifications, and close client accounts. It also includes but is not limited to, setting up customer profiles, making changes to customer profiles, communicating to interested parties as appropriate, and providing reporting as required by circumstances and document generation if applicable. Also, provides loan system of record (SOR) vendor processing and customer statements costs.
About The Role
The primary role of this team will be to review a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans within Small Business Credit Services. The team will be expected to complete their loan review with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner. The level of this role is Associate Loan Documentation Processor.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans
• Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products
• Functions include: processing, closing and compliance for loan products
• Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups.
Market Skills And Certifications
Essential Qualifications
6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with proficiency in Written and Verbal communication.
