Role Description

This is a on-site role for an Associate role located in Gurugram. The role will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients, conducting due diligence, preparing legal documents including drafting of offer documents, agreements related with capital issues and other miscellaneous documents.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law and an enrolment with the Bar is a must

• Minimum 6 months experience in Securities Laws including drafting Offer Documents and conducting Legal Due Diligence is a must

• Candidate should either be residing in Gurgaon or will to relocate before joining

• Strong knowledge of securities laws and companies act

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare legal documents

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet
