Associate Manager - UPI & Payments - Category # Strategy # Online # Fintech
Roles & Responsibilities :
• The role would offer an opportunity to work on UPI and payment initiatives with our PSPs which are the industry's leading banks.
• Candidate should be keen on reading industry literature and gaining a deep understanding of the UPI and payments architecture
• Managing the bank relationships for UPI and other business engagements.
• Managing internal relationships and prioritization across teams including tech, finance, legal, compliance, category business teams. Gaining relevant context for driving conversations with cross functional teams. Plan and commit to SLAs & TATs by managing clients, resources and infrastructure
• Understands basic structure of agreements, audits, compliance requirements and ability to negotiate and close them with banks.
• Track PSP Banks performance business as well as technical metrics. Working towards improved success rates across our partner PSP banks
• Track implementation of UPI projects by our partner banks and help prioritize adoption from banks as per our plans
• Identify issues & lead process streamlining as & when required.
• To set up SOP for the invoicing process and actualize the same diligently.
• Own annual and quarterly planning relevant to the function.
• Make plans and execute to deliver business metrics.
• Assigns appropriate work and holds team members accountable for performance
Role Requirements :
• Tier 1 ; Profiles Only (B.Tech and / or B school)
• 4+ years of experience working with external clients
• Ability to evaluate, streamline and set up processes for business scaling
• Manage, mentor, coach and bring in best practices to the working rhythms of early career employees
