Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase customer retention and acquisition.
- Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable products and services to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Rajasthan is preferred.
Additional Parameters:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluency in local language is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
