JOB SUMMARY
Forecast head count and non-head count efficiencies for all units under retail
Manage monthly tracking of HC & Non-HC saves booked
Calculate country level efficiency details
Provide governance for PS Tool and WFM data such as cross skilling, staff processing category and activity mapping
Provide regular MIS and ad-hoc MIS to stakeholders
Creating PowerPoint template / storyboard / dashboard / Newsletter / Communications / Invites / Announcement / Banner / Poster for CPBB management / Units / Group requirements
SharePoint Management (Creating space, Access, form creation, etc.) / Bridge page Management
Supporting A3 management (OE upload / A3 creations, etc)
Support Job Requestion based on SCB HR guidelines
Billing support in FTE / Clarity (Collating / Validating / updating from units to Finance team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement with wide range of stakeholders.
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.

Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

Master degree in Finance and related qualification.
