• Indus Appstore, a leading app discovery platform in India, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Content Writer to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content for push notifications, email marketing, blogs, and press releases. Your work will play a crucial role in driving user engagement, promoting new features, and supporting our CRM operations.
About the Role:
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for push notifications and email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention. Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for blogs and press releases that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing and curation teams to create product descriptions and promotional materials that highlight key app features and benefits.
• Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data insights provided by the Data Science team to inform content creation and campaign strategies. Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels, using metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
• Campaign Management: Work closely with the Content, Product and Marketing team to plan, develop, and execute content strategies for monthly campaigns across various channels. Ensure that all user communications are personalized and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of different user segments.
• CRM Operations: Assist in the execution of CRM tasks such as user segmentation, campaigns setup and analyzing user behavior data to optimize content strategies.
Stay Informed: Remain up-to-date on mobile app user engagement trends, best practices in push notifications and email marketing, and evolving user behavior patterns within the Indian mobile app market.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
• Proven track record of creating engaging content for push notifications, email marketing
Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and best practices in mobile app marketing.Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.Passion for mobile apps and a keen interest in the Indian tech landscape.
