Job Description Associate Manager | CASA Acquisition (Field Sales)
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for Current Account & Savings Account acquisition for our branch banking team. This is a field-based sales role involving direct interaction with customers in the assigned market area.
The role focuses on identifying potential customers, understanding their banking needs, and onboarding them with suitable account solutions while ensuring excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account customers from the assigned local area
• Conduct field visits to meet business owners, professionals, and individual customers
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable banking solutions
• Ensure quality onboarding as per internal process guidelines
• Support branch sales activities and local market coverage
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the catchment area
• Encourage customers to use digital banking channels
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement
• Share regular market inputs and customer feedback with the branch team
• Achieve monthly acquisition goals through consistent field activity
