Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Manager-Finance to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for all Masai School applicants while helping them navigate the process of making a life-changing decision. As part of our Finance Operations vertical, you will determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
Responsibilities
Validating, accounting for all Vendor Invoice transactions in respective cost centers, and keep tally up-to-date as per applicable standards and policies
Posting of bank receipts and payment transactions in the system
Responsible for timely validation, accounting & processing of Employee reimbursements
Maintain Fixed Asset register, passing depreciation entries in Books, and facilitating GST Filings & preparations of returns/reconciliations with the help of consultants
Manage Vendor payments & reconciliations, identify the prepaid expenses & amortization of the same, monthly TDS payments, and monthly/quarterly filing of TDS/TCS/PT returns with the help of Consultants
Support year-end Audit and due diligence, Month End Provisioning & book closure
Responsible for Payroll review and Processing
Requirements
1+ years of experience working in a Startup experience is preferred
Cleared CA Inter/ Any group of CA-Inter
Excellent understanding and knowledge of Accounting standards & principles, TDS, and GST
Ability to create quality reports & reconciliations, handle multitasking effectively
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills, able to adapt to fast pacing business and transactions

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
