Job Description
1. Experience in managing & defending bulk litigations before various courts and forums including High court, Session Court, Metropolitan Courts, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums and Lok Adalat, DRT. 2. Extensive exposure in managing recovery litigation secured & unsecured, NI 138, Execution Petition, Arbitration, SARFAESI, 406,420 Criminal Complain, other Civil, Criminal Case on behalf of Company and handling company against case. 3. Experience in drafting & vetting of various legal and commercial documents such as writs, Agreements, Memorandum of appeal, Complaints, Notice, Affidavits, Deeds, Written Statements, General pleading, Legal communication and contracts. 4. Managing pool of LAP case and coordination with enforcement agency for possession of secured property till it’s auction & sale process. 5. Experience in coordinating with Advocates, Police, RBI and Law enforcement Agencies 6. Willing to travel across State.
