About the Role:
• Uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies. Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities.
• Develop and manage brand marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. Provide market insights, forecasts, competitive analyses and market trends in order to translate results into actionable insights.
Key Result Areas:
• Understand the customers and environment: Analyses and interprets the research data presented to assist in strategic decision
• Formulate & develop Marketing Strategy: Gathers market data on customers & patients needs, treatment map, competitors information, Conducts situation analysis, with input from internal & external stakeholders. , Decides Marketing Mix, Develops forecasting for the planning period, Develops a positioning and communication strategy
• Converts strategy elements into a workable operational plan
• Implement the Marketing Strategy
• Builds KOL endorsement & advocates, Networks with other stakeholders: Identifies & manages the key stakeholders and KOLs through various initiatives to be advocates
• Supports Sales team to deliver Sales objectives and plans
• Monitor & tracks performance & A&P budget
Who you are:
• Science background with experience of minimum 4-5 years in brand managemnt, marketing in a healthcare organisation.
• Person should have Innovative Mindset, impactful communication skills, Influencing Skills, Negotiation skills & analytical skills, presentation skills.
