Role Overview
We are looking for a highly structured and execution-oriented Project Manager to support the Demand team.
This role will report directly to the Demand Lead and will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and driving execution across multiple internal teams including DSP, Agency, Operations, Curations, and Revenue Analytics (RA).
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity — ensuring projects move on time, stakeholders stay aligned, and deliverables are never missed.
This is not a pure strategy role. This is a high-ownership execution and coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor all ongoing projects across DSP, Agency, Ops, Curations, and RA teams
Create and maintain project dashboards (Trello/Jira/Asana-style trackers) for visibility and accountability
Drive weekly follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
Identify bottlenecks early and escalate proactively to avoid delays
Build, document, and standardize SOPs across teams to improve efficiency
Act as the single point of contact (POC) for cross-functional deliverables
Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution timelines
Support leadership with project status updates, reporting, and structured summaries
Help implement process improvements across the Demand function
Who Should Apply

Cross-functional coordination roles
Experience working in ad-tech, internet, technology, or high-growth startup environments preferred
Strong understanding of task tracking and project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Highly organized with strong follow-through ability
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to push teams respectfully but firmly to meet deadlines
