Job Description: Associate Manager Recruitment - BPO Bulk Hiring
Position Title: Associate Manager Recruitment
Location: Hinjawadi Phase 3, Pune
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager Recruitment to oversee our bulk hiring needs for customer support and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Associate Manager (AM) in recruitment, specifically handling volume hiring for BPO environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for customer support and technical support roles.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Volume Hiring: Develop and implement strategies to efficiently manage bulk hiring requirements, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining Tech Mahindra's employer brand.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Associate Manager in recruitment, with a focus on BPO bulk hiring.
-Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Location: Willingness to work from Hinjawadi Phase 3, Pune.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in managing recruitment for customer support or technical support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes.
