Associate Manager Retail BPS

Job Grade: 4.4This role is part of Risk Information Deliverys Retail Business Partner Support team and will work across a wide range of responsibilities including retail portfolio reporting for credit risk, engaging with business partners to incorporate changes to existing reporting solutions and incorporate changes driven by business landscape, drive the transition to the new data and architecture strategy including assisting with simplification and standardisation of information delivery, be change advocates supporting transition to new visualisation and analytics tools.About YouTo grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:Retail portfolio knowledge with retail management or regulatory reporting related work experienceProven experience in business analysis, problem solving, data management and analytical review capabilitiesConfident collaborator across the business and within their own specialist domainStrong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence with engaging and presenting to senior managementGood understanding of SQL and SAS languages to interpret, debug and implement changes to existing processes.Working experience of Qlik development, R, Python can be an added advantage.Appropriate tertiary qualification including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, and Systems InformationExcellent relationship management and influencing skillsExcellent time management - the ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional/risk based mannerWhat will you bring?We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work.
