We’re Excited About You Because You Have…
4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics or related experience.
Strong business acumen - you are able to identify the “so what” from data, interdependencies between teams, and translate them into an operational strategy
You operate at the lowest level of detail - you are a problem solver and a “do-er”, and you inspire your team through insight and action.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership - comfortable in a highly-visible role, you can collaborate and influence effectively and ‘set-the-pace’ for the rest of the team.
Proven analytical skills and can deliver actionable recommendations - excel skills are required and competency in SQL and dashboards is preferred.
