Job Title : Associate -Manufacturing
Division : Weir Minerals
Location : Bangalore
Onsite/Shift
Purpose of Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Base rubber preparation & Winding for Hose
- Fabric preparation for Hose
- Knurling between the wire pitch for Hose
- Cutting and Finishing for Hose
- Hydro testing for Hose
- Key Responsibilities of Hose building (Base rubber, Fabric, Wire Winding, Knurling between the wire pitch & Flange fixing)
- To enhance knowledge on building special hoses like port type and higher sizes (Straight Hose greater than 600 NB and Bend Hose greater than 650 NB)
- Hose building capability / train the associates to develop on TIM 2 project implementation

ITI Fitter
Experience:
Minimum 2 Years Experience Manufacturing industries - preference for Hose building operator
Technical Skills Required
Drawing Reading
Basic knowledge of Quality
Computer skills
Material handling
Hose building semi auto machine operation
Behavioural Skills required
Safety awareness
Reading and writing
communication
Self Improvement.
