BharatNXT is India's payments platform that helps you pay to almost anyone with your Credit Card, even if they do not accept Credit Cards. Get 45-50 days of extension on all your business payments, including Vendor, GST, Tax, Utilities payments. In short, we provide the wings to your credit card, to become the Super Hero that you need to manage the working cashflows for your business.

About the role:
This is a great role for anyone looking to step out from being a cog-in-the-wheel within a large
marketing function, and is looking for opportunities to create and execute on their own ideas.
• The role demands a person to be creative and proactive in terms of designing and implementing strategies to drive organic as well as inorganic growth of the app.
• The role may include elements of executing organization building strategies like - in-house vs outsourced, managing agencies and working with them to achieve results.
• Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to setting ad campaigns, running mail /SMS /WhatsApp/notification campaigns, tracking daily acquisitions and conversions, optimizing ad campaigns at every level, designing creatives, branding, keyword tracking, and generating new ways of getting higher conversions at lower costs.
Responsibilities:
• Setting campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Designing Marketing Collaterals- Creatives, Emails, Templates, etc
• Writing Content -Notifications, Newsletters, Blogs, Promotional Messages
• Data Analysis of daily acquisition, campaigns, etc
• Implementing monthly strategies proactively
• Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent Content writing skills (Witty+Humour)
• Designing Creatives
• Excellent MS Excel
• Any Data Analytics Tool (Tableau/PowerBi/Data Studio)
• Fast Learner
• 1 or more years of experience in a startup (Marketing)
