Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager collaborates with internal teams and partners to execute marketing initiatives, aiming to boost brand visibility and drive sales through effective engagement and strategic program management to ensure seamless execution of brand awareness campaigns and sponsorship initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Assists in the implementation of marketing programs and promotions to maximize brand visibility across channels.
• Reviews marketing tools, such as sales support materials, and makes recommendations as necessary to ensure brand and value proposition are current and represented effectively.
• Acts as a primary or secondary corporate contact and program manager for assigned brand and sponsorship programs
• Coordinates execution of brand and sponsorship programs with the Sales organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
• Coordinates with various Paychex functional areas as required to ensure appropriate operational support of assigned programs.
• Attends project meetings and acts as lead when Marketing Manager is not available to ensure department needs are met and actions of the team align with departmental goals.
• Analyzes performance of the assigned programs and/or partnerships on an ongoing basis and recommends steps to maximize performance.
• Oversees the maintenance of ongoing programs to ensure the Paychex message is properly represented.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree - Preferred
• 4 years of experience in Marketing and/or relationship management capacity.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $61,810 - $80,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
