Job description Role Description Under the Sports and Fashion division of Brand - ION CLAD This is a full-time on-site Associate Fashion Designer role for Sports wear and Apparel located in New Delhi. The selected candidate will work closely with the Design Team and Factories and assist with the research, design, and development of sportswear and apparel. This will also include creating tech packs, sourcing materials and trims, and working with manufacturers to ensure that the designed products are created to quality standards set forth by the company. Qualifications 1. Developing different designs for healthcare and sports apparel products 2. Working on other graphics-related work, such as e-commerce, photograph editing & posting images on social media 3. Designing graphics for marketing collateral (flyers, banners, brochures, portfolios, emails, etc.), including written content 4. Improving current designs and creating new product designs for product illustrations, design, and packaging 5. Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions & reviewing layouts for errors and suggesting improvements when necessary 6. Researching new design trends of the latest designs & finding suitable designs and other resources/people to handle different designing requirements, if need be 7. Coordinating with the factories and partners for design execution Compensation: Methods of working: -In-office candidates will be given preference -Freelancers who are based in Delhi with previous requisite work ex and education from reputed design institutes may also apply.,
