We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, MIS & Reporting
In this role, you will be responsible to work along with the regional team to scrub the data and prepare for migration from legacy systems to Service Max. Apply automation tools to ensure smooth transition while meeting project timelines.
Activities Include
Responsibilities
• Work with project management team to validate and automate the data migration
• Understanding of Data Migration, Data Remediation and Production Support issues
• Generation of dashboard basis customer requirement
• Work on monitoring queue with customer queries
• Closely work with the Region SPOC and the client
• Drive inputs to improve standard operating procedures, and eliminate defects through upstream process or automation fixes by working with external stakeholders
• Own the communication and progress updates on the process, assess performance against goals and deliverables
• Design and edit SQL queries to map and extract the input files
• Assist in creating VBA and macro solutions for data comparison and detecting data mismatches
• Create automated data transfer solutions
Skills Required
• Oracle SQL Database knowledge
• Good at advanced excel
• VBA and macro
• Analytical skills
• Logical thinking
• Python knowledge preferred
• Tableau Knowledge preferred
• Spotfire knowledge preferred
System Experience Desired
• Business Object
• Service Max
• Well versed with MS Excel, Oracle ERP, ETL
