Position Purpose
Ensure that operational risk management and permanent control framework are built on a risk-based approach.
Support Finance management team, by providing the main KPI’s, risks and control environment.
Maintain the consistency of the Permanent Control framework, supporting Group Financial Controls team.
Support implementation of the operational risk monitoring guidelines issued by the second line of defense (Finance, Compliance, RISK, …) based on the instructions provided by Group.
§ Monitor the level of deployment of Finance's permanent operational control activities
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
As OPC Administrative & Reporting Support, the main responsibilities are focused on control environment modeling, daily and monthly production of reports as well as internal reporting and registration of several tasks:
Control Modelling + Reports
o Static data modeling in a dedicated tool of control production based on a pre-filled template
o Periodic status reports on control production
Operational Reporting
o Data extraction and Collection for various topics under monitoring
o Computation in charts
o Preparation of internal reports (in power point or excel)
Access Rights Management Control
o Campaign management & communication
o Data collection
o Analysis
o Reporting
Recommendations Follow-up
o Data extraction and computation in charts
o Internal Reporting
o Entry recommendation in Aurora (CAC)
Risk Assessment Campaign
o Flat file preparation
o Registration & Reporting
Incident Management
o Registration of incidents in a dedicated tool
o Internal Reporting
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor degree or an equivalent in any area but recommended in Mathematics or Financial Studies
Any experience with auditing processes would be a plus
Professional experience: Between 1 to 3 years of experience with reporting activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
Analytical skills and critical thinking
Goal oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Advanced English is mandatory; must be capable to maintain fluent conversation. French is a plus.
