Job Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager - 3E Oncology Day Centre
About the Role:
Provide exceptional nursing services across a range of health service settings.
Foster development from a competent to a proficient practitioner.
Be accountable for practice standards and guide less experienced staff for high-quality care.
Contribute to service management tasks such as performance management, staffing, recruitment, rostering, and financial planning.
About You:
Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage workloads independently.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience or current classification as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
In-depth understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing/midwifery issues.
