Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) – Oncology & Haematology
Part-time ongoing (0.4FTE) and fixed term part time (0.4FTE)

The Role
Cabrini Health is seeking experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUMs) to join our busy Oncology and Haematology ward at Cabrini Malvern.
We currently have two part-time opportunities available:
Ongoing role – 0.4 FTE
Fixed-term role – 0.4 FTE
Both positions offer an excellent opportunity for skilled nurse leaders to work in a supportive environment while further developing clinical and management expertise.
As an ANUM, you will provide both clinical expertise and leadership to ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered. You’ll support and mentor staff, act as a resource, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values.

Key Capabilities
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Flexible, positive, and proactive approach
Demonstrated experience in Oncology / Haematology
Postgraduate qualification (or working towards) desirable
Quality improvement and auditing experience
About You
Along with your passion for delivering a high standard of nursing care and an interest in further developing your skills, you will also have:
Relevant nursing qualifications and current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing Registration
Minimum 5 years experience in the field
Working with Children Check (VIC)
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation
Experience in performance management
Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, safe and professional service
