DIVISION: IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority)
JOB TITLE: Associate/Analyst
JOB TYPE: Technical
LOCATION: New Delhi
REPORTING TO: HOD

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Researching and maintaining the database of case laws;

· Preparation of snippets, articles, infographics, notes etc. on regulatory updates and publishing it on website and on other sites;

· Application & Documentation of all the cases;

· Liaising with Company, RTA, Lawyers, Nodal Officers, IEPF, IRDA, MCA, RBI, NCLT, SEBI etc.

· Exposure of all the relevant acts which requires to be studied for recovery of lost or forgotten wealth of clients;

· Client Documentation;

· IEPF form Filing;

· Invoicing and recovery of fee from clients

Candidate's Skills:

· Thorough Professional focused on meeting clients’ needs;

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

· Good verbal and written communication;

· Organized and able to meet deadlines;

· Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments.

Qualifications:
Graduate, preferably B.com
