Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have prior experience in managing Payout for computation of Business, Collection agency, Incentives etc..
- The candidate should be well versed with Grid Structure ,Calculations related process for the above products.
- The candidate should have the skill of Microsoft Excel, Macros, MS Access & query writing skill.
- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff.
- The candidate should have the experience of vendor management.
- The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- The candidate should have experience to Handle all types of Audits (Internal, Regulatory, ISG etc)
- Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT
- Uphold the tenets of the code of conduct.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Preparation of Various MIS
Daily co-ordination with Stakeholders
UAT for any new system requirements/modification to existing functionality.
Key Success Metrics:
TAT, Accuracy, MIS Circulation
