Job Title: Associate Operations Manager
Function/Department: Retail Assets Business Banking
Job Purpose:
The role bearer has the responsibility to assist the operations for the entire gambit of Retail Asset products offered by the bank. It entails performing administrative tasks, assisting other departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operations - disbursement and other related activities for retail asset products
• Ensure processing of daily transactions timely and accurately, efficient delivery of products and services to client
• Monitor that agreed control processes and procedures, identify risk and recommend steps for mitigation
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Gather training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
• Organise staff meetings to keep them informed of updates to policies, procedures
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Maintain integrity of data and reports
• Liaise with respective stakeholders to take system, product enhancements to closure
• Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
