About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Defendant Workers Compensation practice. You will be exposed to all facets of statutory workers compensation claims and common law industrial accident claims.
This is a growth role, offering the opportunity for career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment.
About the team
As one of the most highly regarded defendant Insurance practices in Sydney, we have an enviable list of clients, including insurers and employers, who seek legal assistance in all aspects of workers compensation. We offer an excellent team in a highly professional and supportive work environment.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Approximately 4+ years PQE
Experience in some or all of the key practice areas of respondent Workers Compensation
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow
A desire to become a leading working Workers Compensation Insurance practitioner
An interest in learning about/understanding our clients and their business.
