XpressLegal advocates, having its office at Fort, Thane, Vashi and Kandivali is in urgent need to fill vacancy for Associate Partner - Litigation. XpressLegal is a leading Banking law firm and is empaneled with close to 50 Banks & NBFCs to carry out TSR, Legal Reports, Vetting, Audit and other allied Non-litigation legal services. Litigation services include providing legal support to banks for recovery suits in DRT, SARFAESI, NIA, 138 matters and other related matters in all courts throughout Mumbai.
Responsibilities
• The candidate is required to lead the team of litigation & senior associates in order to provide effective and timely services to our banking and corporate clients.
• Role also requires the candidate to possess good communication skills, problem solving ability and keep the team motivated so as to deliver desired results to the clients.
• Liasining with bank officials regarding their court case progress and providing expert legal opinion to bank officials before filing recovery suits and other related proceedings.
Qualifications
• LLB graduate with multiple years of experince & specialisation in Banking & Finance sector.
• Person experinced in Banking Sector with having previously served in Banking Law Firm mostly dealing with DRT, Suits, Arbitration etc shall be preferred.
