Associate Partner/Vice President, Commercial Pharma Analytics
This is a senior leadership role and will also have access to equity in the company
We are looking for young dynamic business leader to expand our commercial analytics business unit. The leader will be responsible for PnL of the commercial analytics unit and will report directly to Managing Partner, GRG Health and Growman Group.
The role involves working directly with tech team, sales team and clients on on wide array of commercial analytics services including Sales Force Effectiveness, Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting and Marketing Analytics.
The leader will also be responsible to build a team of amazing commercial analytics that can work with client on innovation and effective project deliveries
Looking for a person who have/can
• Ability to build clients and team alike
• Hands on experience in Marketing analytics for areas within Pharma / Life sciences accounts
• Ability to work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
• Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service
• Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery for pharma majors
• Strong understanding of Salesforce hierarchy, alignment and pharma data specially IMS/ IQVIA datasets
• Experience in requirement gathering scoping, solution, project management and executing multiple project in parallel
• Understanding on SFE processes like Reporting, Field force analytics - Call planning, territory alignment, goal setting, incentive compensation, Segmentation etc.,
