Job Title: Associate Performance Marketer
Location: Belgaum (Highly Preferred) / Remote.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years.

What You'll Do:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and more.
Set clear KPIs, track metrics, and drive performance outcomes like leads, signups, and sales.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Own the performance dashboards and reporting – weekly, monthly, and post-campaign.
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
Suggest landing page improvements and funnel optimizations for better conversions.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta + Google mandatory).
Strong understanding of digital media buying, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and any performance tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
Analytical mindset – you're comfortable making decisions based on data.
Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, or service-based brands is a plus.
Bonus: Certification in Meta/Google Ads.
