What you will do :
• Help organise, schedule and maintain calendars for the CEO, COO, and CFO efficiently.
• Routinely follow up on key to-do’s for teams across OML.
• Aid executives with business travel plans and related logistics.
• Manage project status, resources, and delivery dates while collaborating with internal teams and management for updates.
• Be the one point of contact for non-critical queries.
• Maintain detailed records for budget maintenance and reimbursements.
Who you are :
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
• You have experience using tools such as Asana to manage tasks.
• You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
• You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.
