ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP Ariba Integration
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Ariba Integration lead is responsible for Technical solution architecture and technical solution design for Ariba implementation.
He has customer facing role responsible for interacting with different IT teams in customer team.
Should be able to manage small teams spread across the globe.
Must have basic procurement and SAP MM knowledge to understand basic Ariba business processes.
Implementation can involve integration with non SAP ERP integration with Ariba.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer facing and Technical Lead role for Ariba Implementations.
Technical architecture and solution design for integration with Ariba applications as per customer requirement.
Liaising with Solution Architect, Functional Consultants and Technical peers to achieve project goals within expected timelines.
Integration configurations during Ariba implementations.
Drive and Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP ERP and SAP CIG.
Responsible for the design, development, testing or support for ABAP related WRICEF objects to meet the business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
10 plus years of consulting industry experience in SAP ABAP.
Some experience in integration related projects.
Experience in integrating SAP ECC with Ariba Network using Cloud Integration or Business Suite Addon or Cloud Integration Gateway is Preferred.
Experience in SAP PI or any other middleware would be added advantage.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
Excellent customer handling skills and the ability to win customers trust and confidence based on your expertise.
Good experience in leading and managing teams, especially those that are geographically distributed.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Knowledge of the best practices and industry benchmarks in the integrating SAP ECC with Ariba applications.
Should be able to conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
Should be able to analyse and recommend technical architecture, technical design and development using ABAP.
Experience in of ALE IDOC, File interfaces, RFCs, User Exit or enhancement, BAPI, BADI and Proxies.
Decent understanding of ECC MM Master data and business processes.
Should be able to analyse and recommend technical architecture, technical design and development using ABAP.
SOFT SKILLS
Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.
Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.
Strong organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills.
Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner.
Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking.
