Job Description :Job Responsibilities:
Global Technical Support primarily for Apttus X-Author related products and secondary support for Quote to Cash (CRM products)
Understanding, Analysing and Fixing Product break fix/Day 2 issues
Troubleshooting X-Author Product related issues, Excel Macros & function related issues, Excel Add-In related issues
In the process of addressing/fixing customer issues ensure customers are delighted with the service experience
Contribution towards knowledge base creation and improvement .
Job Requirements:
Should have 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies
Should have in-depth programming knowledge of MS Excel macros and excel functions
Should have 3 years of hands-on experience on Excel and VBA
Should be very strong in excel programming and generalizing the code and modules
Should have good knowledge of windows registry, office registry & troubleshooting knowledge of add-in related
Should have trouble shooting experience
Should be able to Understand .Net code and debug it with minimum guidance
Should able to analyses, write code and do testing Should able to do technical documentation, impact analysis, RCA, workaround, fix, etc.
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, resolving issues or in making recommendations
Should have good knowledge of Word
Nice to have 1 year of .Net experience (Windows/Web)
Nice to have - knowledge on internet and chart programming and ability to connect Excel modules with databases and other MS-Office applications like Word and PowerPoint
Work done with automation of any kind of business data or managing data will be key
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Willingness to service our customers in shifts
Willingness to learn new technologies and achieving higher technical skills.
Educational Qualification:
Preferably BCA/MCA/BE IT/BE CS/MSC IT with good academic results.
Salesforce/Apttus certification will be added advantage.
