Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to various projects from conception to completion. This position requires a blend of writing, editing, filming and production skills, along with a strong understanding of social media management and journalism. This is for a conservative creator.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with host to develop content ideas and project concepts.

Write engaging scripts and promotional materials that align with our brand's voice and style.

Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced.

Edit video and audio materials, ensuring high-quality output that meets project standards.

Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.

Fact-check all information before publication to maintain credibility and trustworthiness.

Assist in photography and video production tasks, including shooting, editing, and post-production work.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance production quality.

Experience

Proven experience in writing, copywriting, or journalism is essential.

Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies is preferred.

Strong editing skills with an eye for detail in both written content and multimedia formats.

Experience in photography or video production is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics quickly and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
