Responsibilities
Research and analysis of existing capabilities to appropriately leverage or supplement them with new requirements.
Create, maintain, and prioritize backlog
Define and write stories in collaboration with Tech partners that will deliver against requirements. It is also expected to define the automated test using BDD or TDD approach. Experience in automation tool such as Cucumber is preferred. Creating test data for the test automation.
Collaborate with Design partners to ideate on user experience, create conversational flow diagrams and user interface specifications
Participate in technical desk checks with software developer and QA partners to iterate on requirements and acceptance criteria, leading to defect mitigation and efficiency of requirements delivery.
Direct UAT partners on testing goals and timelines in accordance with release timelines
Be accountable for defect resolution through prioritization and defining criticality using analytic metrics and severity guidelines, ensuring timely resolution or risk acceptance while mitigating customer impact.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in software development companies.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to forge lasting relationships with the scrum team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
B.Tech/BA degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
SOAP, XML, JSON, and other similar web service protocols/technologies
Experience of working with JIRA, Swagger and API designing
Financial Technology experience
