Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Professor role located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The Associate Professor will take on key responsibilities such as delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, conducting and publishing research, and preparing course material for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role also involves guiding academic projects, contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental activities, and promoting innovative teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and expertise in relevant academic disciplines such as Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, EE, EEE, ECE, CSE), MBA (HR, Finance, Marketing), MCA, M.Tech, or Diploma programs
• Proficiency in academic research methodologies, publishing scholarly articles or research papers, and participating in research projects
• Excellent teaching skills, curriculum development experience, and the ability to mentor and guide students
• Familiarity with innovative teaching-learning approaches and the use of technology in education
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Doctorate (Ph.D.) or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from a recognized university
• Proven track record in academic research, teaching, or industry experience is a plus
