• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Curriculum Development
• Design and revise curriculum to align with industry trends and academic standards
• Integrate emerging technologies and sustainable practices into coursework
Research & Publications
• Conduct scholarly research in fashion design or related areas
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and present at conferences
• Contribute to the academic reputation of the institution
Industry Engagement
• Maintain strong connections with the fashion industry
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits
• Facilitate internships and placement opportunities for students
Administrative Responsibilities
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees
• Assist in accreditation and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to institutional development activities
Qualifications & Requirements
• Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (PhD preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
• Proven record of research and publications (preferred)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
