• Entomology
• Agronomy
• Plant Pathology
• Horticulture
• Genetics & Plant Breeding
• Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry
• Agricultural Extension
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience at the Assistant Professor level or equivalent in a recognized institution.
- A strong research portfolio with publications in peer-reviewed SCI/Scopus-indexed (non-paid) journals.
- At least 7 quality publications in UGC-listed journals.
- A total research score as per UGC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact lectures and conduct hands-on practical sessions.
- Supervise postgraduate and doctoral research scholars.
- Drive independent and collaborative research projects in relevant agricultural disciplines.
- Publish in high-quality journals (UGC-CARE, Scopus, SCI-indexed).
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and accreditation processes.
- Actively participate in departmental and university initiatives.
Remuneration:
As per UGC Pay Scale and GLA University norms.
