• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the iOS Software Development Program
• Lead and motivate a team of facilitators and staff to deliver a high-quality learning experience
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve program objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, Apple, Infosys, industry partners, developers, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Liaise with external parties to run initiatives, manage large events, and engage multiple diverse stakeholders
• Provide strategic leadership, introducing innovative ideas and influencing key decision-makers
