About the Role:
Digiaccel Learning is looking for a highly driven and process-oriented individual to join the Learner Experience & Community Engagement team. The individual will work closely with the Program Directors of the various offline/online programs offered by Digiaccel, acting as a crucial liaison between learners and mentors, thus building the best-in-class learning experience in business education in India.
As an integral part of the Learner Experience & Community Engagement team, the individual will have end-to-end ownership of a learner cohort’s lifecycle – right from enrolment, setting out session plans, identifying gaps in learner experience, moderating community forums to ensuring the successful completion of the program. Learners in these programs are working professionals across different stages of their careers, thus having exceptional interpersonal skills will be a crucial skill to succeed in this role.
The key qualities to succeed in this role will be maintaining high standards of quality in execution, a no-compromise attitude to learner experience, and the empathy to understand their requirements and drive the teams internally to meet them. Additionally, the individual will also be involved in building a community platform and managing it proactively to drive high engagement.
In the process of building a robust and engaging learner experience, the individual will get to multi-hat across different areas, thus experiencing a sharp learning curve. Candidates with past experience of working in such dynamic roles will be preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage the learner journey completely – right from enrolment to onboarding, sessions scheduling & management, evaluations & grading, mentor feedback sessions till cohort graduation
Process excellence approach – set up robust process flows and governance mechanisms to ensure a zero drop rate in learner experience
Engage with learners actively to understand their queries/concerns and provide necessary support in a timely manner, thus providing a highly personalized experience
Stay on top of the program pulse, identify the learning gaps for individuals by forming an active feedback channel, and act on the inputs proactively
Engage professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders like Program Directors, academicians, industry professionals, etc.
Build an active community forum across different platforms to build engagement pre-program as well as post-program
Build a pipeline of activation areas for the community forums - Alumni Meet-ups/gatherings, Fireside Chats, Masterclasses, Mixer events, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years experience in similar roles
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institute in a relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working in a customer-facing role dealing with external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience of high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and stakeholder empathy
Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence, and the ability to collaborate.
