About the Role: Associate Project Manager
Responsibilities: List the main job duties and what the role will entail.
- Independently manage multiple contract management projects.
- Attend, manage internal and client calls, communicate with clients directly (also internally) on email and
- if required Prepare minutes of meeting.
- Provide timely updates and reports on project status.
- POC for first-level grievance.
- Bring to the notice any deviations from the projects and provide a remediation.
- Strongly contribute, consolidate and also ensure the best practices are followed in the team
- Work as a mentor and role model for project teams.
- Handle floating team members (size depending upon the projects)
- Manage, motivate and train the team to produce high quality work.
- Manage absenteeism and ensure low attrition utilizing managerial skills.
- Implement task assignment, feedback mechanism and appraisal process
- To Work as a subject matter expert for contract management projects as and when required.
- Work as a second in command with the Operations Manager to deliver the project.
- Identify and communicate any change in project scope to the Operations Manager
Qualifications: LLB
